General Requirements

Technical Officer

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and technical assistance to Project Coordinator i.e. organizing schedule, compiling budget reports, and project coordination; 
  • Support the project implementation by preparing documents, organizing events, and compiling minutes of the meeting; and
  • Provide technical support and assistance to organize facilities and administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.

Key competencies and skills required:

  • Ability to organize the workload meeting strict deadlines;
  • Exercising sound judgement and results based oriented;
  • Managing performance and resources;
  • Self-starter, well organized with excellent time management skills, and ability to multitask and balance multiple responsibilities; and
  • Experience coordinating and liaising with any agencies both government and non-government, and/or vendors are assets.

Creative Media Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a media strategy as well as monitor and evaluate its implementation;
  • Provide a media analysis by conducting research and producing report;
  • Design and develop strategic planning for content production and promotion, offline and online communication and dissemination material, and any forms of publication; and
  • Provide web and social media analytic report and apply a data-driven approach for decision making;

Key competencies and skills required:

  • Knowledge of major digital platforms and proven experience in strategic social media outreach;
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective social media campaigns and offline campaigns;
  • Strong editorial judgement, including ethical and political awareness;
  • Good understanding of visual content, including how it can best be produced and shared on social media and with influencers;
  • Strong awareness of digital trends; 
  • Familiar with any analytic tools and media analysis;
  • Proficient in using social media and web-based platforms.

Advocacy Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Design advocacy strategy and provide monitoring and evaluation of ongoing advocacy works;
  • Compile and draft a policy brief;
  • Organize and facilitate local and national stakeholders meeting; and
  • Coordinate, monitor and strengthen partnership with new and existing networks, community, collective, and joint actions at local, national, regional, and international.

Key competencies and skills required:

  • Sound knowledge of standards on human rights, SRHR, reproductive justice, and related instruments;
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare papers, speeches, talking points, briefing notes;
  • Proven practical advocacy skills, analytical and drafting skills for advocacy strategy and policy documents;
  • Ability to conduct high quality research and analysis on advocacy strategy and works; and
  • Ability to establish, build and sustain effective relationships with beneficiaries and partners.
